District 289 is hiring for the role of Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to the Superintendent.
This is a part-time, year-round (12-month) position that includes paid holidays.
Key responsibilities include general secretarial duties, maintaining personnel records, managing student information systems, handling teacher certification documentation, and keeping employment records up to date. A high degree of confidentiality is essential for this role.
Work schedule: Monday through Friday.
Bilingual candidates are preferred.
Starting hourly wage is $16.25, with the possibility of a higher rate based on experience.
Part-time, four hours/day with flexible summer work schedule.
