Requirements We are seeking an experienced AI & Automation Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of AI-enabled business automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio , Power Platform , and Dynamics 365 . In this role, you will serve as the technical authority on intelligent automation and low-code/no-code platforms, helping transform business processes through scalable, efficient, and future-ready technology solutions.
As a senior technical leader, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and operations teams to implement solutions that leverage Power Apps , Power Automate , AI Builder , and Azure AI . Your strategic insight and hands-on expertise will drive innovation and automation across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, and implement scalable automation and AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform , Copilot Studio , Power BI , AI Builder , and Azure AI .
Lead solution planning, process assessments, and fit-gap analysis for business process automation and optimization initiatives.
Provide technical governance , solution validation, and thought leadership on the use of Microsoft low-code tools and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into secure, maintainable, and scalable automation solutions.
Analyze and document business processes, identifying automation opportunities and preparing process definition and solution design documents.
Apply API-first methodology to ensure seamless integration with enterprise applications, including Dynamics 365 .
Drive process standardization, waste elimination, and value creation through intelligent automation and data-driven decision making.
Configure, test, and deploy automation workflows and bots using Power Automate, ensuring error handling and performance optimization.
Support production deployments, UAT, and change control processes while resolving issues and maintaining documentation.
Continuously evaluate new features and capabilities across Power Platform, Azure AI, and complementary automation tools.
Required Skills & Expertise
Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform , including:
Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
Power Automate
Power BI
AI Builder
Dataverse and custom connectors
Advanced understanding of Microsoft Copilot Studio , Azure AI services, and API integrations .
Deep expertise in business process modeling , workflow automation , and solution architecture .
Familiarity with OCR , process mining , API orchestration , and low-code best practices .
Ability to analyze processes for automation suitability, eliminate non-value-adding activities, and architect intelligent solutions.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and integration points across CRM, ERP, and case management systems.
Strong background in SDLC, Agile delivery (preferably Scrum), and DevOps for low-code solutions.
Experience supporting UAT, rollout, hypercare, and change control workflows.
High proficiency in documenting requirements, solution designs, and testing plans for stakeholders and auditors.
Qualifications
Advanced Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-400 , PL-500 , PL-600 highly desirable).
Experience with automation within financial services or regulated industries.
Exposure to or experience with other intelligent automation platforms such as UiPath , Blue Prism , or Automation Anywhere .
Knowledge of VBA , .NET , Python , or equivalent scripting for automation.
Lean Six Sigma certification or training and experience applying process improvement methodologies.
Experience creating Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD) .
Hands-on understanding of BPM tools and workflow-based back-office functions .
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience driving automation strategy as a solution architect in cross-functional transformation programs.
Education & Certifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science , Information Systems , Engineering , or related technical field.
Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-500, PL-600) and/or low-code platform certifications strongly .
Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification is a plus.
