We are seeking a professional, polished, and bilingual Spanish and English Receptionist for an dynamic corporate environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, has a flexible schedule, and is fluent in both Portuguese and English.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 10:00AM -7:00PM

Parking :

• Parking is paid by employee but will be reimbursed

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
• Provide interpretation or translation assistance in Spanish and English when needed
• Manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
• Communicate effectively with staff and clients both in-person and over the phone

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm, friendly, and organized under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and general office equipment
