About the Role:

Experience in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to develop complex data models and deliver comprehensive analytics solutions. Design, maintain, and optimize detailed reports and dashboards for various business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead sessions to collect and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate these requirements into functional specifications for IT development and implementation.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process enhancements.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and data quality across business functions.
• Support PMO activities by providing analytical and reporting support for ongoing projects.
• Assist with project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
• Act as a key liaison between IT and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote user adoption and competency with business applications and tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with any of the following systems is highly desirable:

• Epic: Cadence, Charge Master, Clarity, Cogito/Caboodle, Grand Central, Hello World, HIM, Hospital Billing, Identity, MyChart, Prelude, Referrals and Authorizations, Security and Access.
• Non-Epic: Peoplesoft Finance, Peoplesoft Supply Chain Management, Press Ganey, Acuity, RL Datix, RL6, iContracts, 22 Miles, UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management (Kronos), Axiom, AP Smart.

Required Skills

Experience in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to develop complex data models and deliver comprehensive analytics solutions.

Preferred Skills

Experience with any of the following systems is highly desirable.
