Job Location: Las Vegas, NV

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Operational Management: Managing cabin crew schedules, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with airline policies

Resource Management: Collaborating with the network planning department to allocate resources for flights

Performance Management: Evaluating and providing feedback on cabin crew performance, conducting performance appraisals, and identifying training needs

Hiring and Interviewing: Conducting hiring interviews and making staffing decisions

Training and Development: Mentoring new cabin crew members and providing ongoing training

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance which requires U.S. citizenship
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role with a part 121 air carrier
• Demonstrated knowledge of FAA aviation safety regulations and procedure

Additional Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Live in Las Vegas area
• Pass medical exam/fit to fly certification
• Between 5 ft and 6ft 1
• Must be in possession of a valid US Passport
• All employees are required to pass the fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) per 49CFR1542.209 as well as a pre-employment drug screen

• Demonstrated leadership and team management
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations
