Join our award-winning team and grow yourself to new heightsCompensation * Average annual pay: $63,987.00 * Top drivers earn $100,000+ * Starting pay is based on experience * Drivers have plenty of work opportunities to increase their pay * Average 55 CPM * Paid practical miles, loaded and unloaded * Average of 2,200 miles weekly * Additional Pay * Overnight pay: $32.00 * Bonuses: * $2,000 Driver referral bonus: Paid $1,000 at hire, and $1,000 at 6 months employed * $100 Driver lead referral bonus for qualified drivers * Up to $650 Quarterly incentive bonus * Paid via direct deposit weeklyBenefits & Perks * Great company benefits starting after 90 days employed: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Company paid life insurance * Company paid short term disability insurance * 401K with 100% company match of first 3%, 50% match of next 2% * Contribute immediately, match starts at 6 months * 9 Paid Company Holidays * Paid Time Off * 40 hours starting immediately, 9 days after 1 year * Paid orientation * Boot reimbursement program * Take your truck home program with approvalHome Time, Route, & Schedule * Home Time: 2-3 days per week * Schedule: Monday - Friday * Route: Midwest region * Level of Touch: Drivers will be hooking up hoses and running pumpsEquipment * 2023 & Newer Freightliner Trucks * 2-3 year replacement cycle * All trucks are automatic transmission * Governed speed: 68 on the pedal and 70 on cruise * ELD equipped with Samsara system * Forward facing cameraQualifications * Must be at least 23 years of age * Must have CDL A license * Must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience * Hazmat & Tanker endorsement required * No DUI/DWIs in last 3 years * Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations * Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen * Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 60 miles of Morton, IL or be willing to relocate for this position G&D Integrated has a rich history that dates to the early 1880's, when freight was being delivered with horse-drawn wagons.
