We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Loan Closing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience in commercial real estate and loan documentation who are eager to grow within a dynamic financial environment.

• Participate in moderately complex initiatives related to Commercial Loan Closing, contributing to planning and execution of deliverables.
• Review and analyze loan closing challenges that require thoughtful evaluation of variable factors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client personnel to ensure timely and accurate completion of loan closing activities.
• Support resolution of issues by applying knowledge of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain documentation and records in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Knowledge of commercial real estate and loan documentation
• Familiarity with loan closing tools such as nCino and/or CoMET
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Internship or coursework related to finance, banking, or real estate
• Experience using CRM or loan processing platforms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Hybrid or on-site (based on location and team needs)
• Monday–Friday schedule

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.63/hr.
