Job duties include handling high-volume calls in a call center environment, scheduling customer estimates, addressing inquiries about products/services/policies, and managing messages and call routing.

The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people, be detail-oriented, and have multitasking abilities. Applicants should reside within 40 miles of Poughkeepsie, NY as the training period is fully in-house.
