Capital Markets and Public Companies Corporate Associate (AM Law 100)

Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior associates to advise clients on capital markets transactions, securities law compliance, and corporate governance matters. This role offers an opportunity to engage with sophisticated clients, including public companies, investment banks, and institutional investors, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
