The Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for leading the creative communications team—including graphic designers, copywriters, and videographers—to deliver compelling, brand-aligned content across internal and external channels. This role also serves as a strategic partner to corporate stakeholders, ensuring communication initiatives support business objectives, enhance employee engagement, and strengthen the company’s reputation.**What you will be doing:****Team Leadership & Creative Oversight*** Lead and manage the creatives team, providing direction, feedback, and professional development opportunities.* Oversee the production of high-quality visual, written, and video content that aligns with brand standards and messaging.* Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities to ensure timely delivery of communication assets.* Implement best practices for creative workflow, content review, and stakeholder feedback.**Strategic Communications Partnership*** Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and execute communication strategies that support business goals.* Serve as the primary liaison between the communications team and corporate stakeholders to align messaging and ensure consistency.**Internal Communications*** Develop and implement internal communication plans that foster transparency, culture, and employee engagement.* Support executive communications, including town halls, leadership messages, and organizational announcements.**External Communications*** Contribute to public-facing communications including press releases, social media content, and marketing collateral.* Ensure brand voice and visual identity are consistently applied across all external channels.* Support crisis communication efforts and reputation management as needed.**This role will be located onsite at our Hartsville, SC location.****We'd love to hear from you if:****Compensation:**The annual salary range for this role is from $135,600 to $152,550, plus an annual target bonus of 12.5% of the base salary. #LI-CB1* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.* 7+ years of experience in corporate communications; preferred experience in a leadership role.* Proven experience managing cross-functional projects.* Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
