Corporate Development Analyst Our client is currently seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to join their Rockville, MD location. Hybrid work environment. This role will report directly to the CFO and will be responsible for complex data analysis, preparing senior management level presentations and reports, assisting with M&A evaluation and execution, and performing cross functional work. Responsibilities: Managing budgeting and forecast process, including development of variance analysis and modeling Preparing board materials, investor updates, and other reporting packages Overseeing dashboards and KPI reporting development and maintenance across various business units and service lines Performing extensive analysis on cost drivers, margins, and revenue to identify risks and opportunities Working cross functionally with various internal stakeholders Providing M&A activity due diligence and financial modeling support Skills/ Competencies: ~ Bachelor’s degree ~5+ years financial analysis experience within a corporate development, private equity or investment bank environment ~ Advanced Excel proficiency required; Tableau experience a plus ~ Extensive experience with complex data analysis ~ Strong attention to detail ~ Excellent communication skills ~ Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high growth environment Additional Details: Salary: $140k total compensation Employment Type: Direct Hire The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
