Reports to: Bakery Manager
Rate of Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour, based on experience
Hours: Sunday – Saturday, varied hours

Individuals applying for this position should be willing to:
Make lasting connections with our customers
Decorate cakes using spatula icing, piping, fondant (maybe some air brushing) and create edible images
Fill and rotate cases and displays (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs)
Assist with merchandising and receiving products to keep our shelves full
Create and manage weekly work schedules for the entire team
Train and develop future bakery employees
Help maintain a clean and sanitary store
Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department
Jerry’s would love to see an individual who:
Is friendly and outgoing and promotes customer service for the entire team
Has experience decorating cakes (2-3 years preferred)
Knows about cakes, frostings, fillings, and the decorations to ensure a quality final product
Understands seasonal selling and providing appropriate themes
Attended Food Safety training
