Customer Success Specialist

Our client is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support the operational success of their customer programs across assigned locations. This is a field-based role that partners with customer teams to ensure smooth execution, strong performance, and an exceptional end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer teams to drive engagement and satisfaction
  • Provide training and ongoing support to ensure operational excellence
  • Monitor program performance, identify opportunities, and implement process improvements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across software, hardware, and service areas
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams in operations, marketing, finance, and quality
  • Conduct business reviews and deliver insights to customers to drive growth and success
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and service standards across locations

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
  • Hands-on problem solver with the ability to work across multiple functions
  • Experience in customer success, account management, operations, or field support roles
  • Ability to analyze performance data and recommend solutions
  • Comfortable working independently in the field and traveling as needed
