Job Overview:
Seeking entry-level candidates who are passionate about customer service and eager to grow into a career in Phlebotomy. No prior phlebotomy experience is required - we will provide training from the ground up.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates looking for a long-term career, not just a short-term role.

What You'll Do:
Assist patients in the lobby with check-in, including self-service kiosks and handheld tablets.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction and improve overall patient experience.
Support the team by covering during breaks and helping to maintain smooth operations.
Learn and train in phlebotomy, with a 6-12 month training curve to become fully confident in performing blood draws.
Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and reliability while interacting with patients and staff.
What We're Looking For:
No prior phlebotomy experience required - must be willing to learn.
Strong background in customer service with proven longevity in past roles.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) - bilingual (Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply
Reliable transportation.

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
