What You Need for this Position

At Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of:

- Creating bids and estimating for commercial GC projects
- Hard bid and or conceptual bid processes
- Takes offs
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, On Screen Takeoff and other construction related software preferred What's In It for You
