Responsibilities Leadership and Team Oversight: Lead Business Analysts and Project Managers, manage workstreams, define delivery plans, and mentor team members. Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as primary interface with client stakeholders, manage telecom Order to Cash systems, and collaborate with executive sponsors and external partners. Cross-Functional Liaison: Facilitate communication between delivery teams and business/IT departments. Program Planning and Execution: Lead planning and track execution of initiatives, ensure timely delivery, and manage dependencies. Qualifications Experience in telecom systems, project management, stakeholder engagement, and product ownership. Knowledge of Google CES is helpful but not required.
