About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Economic Development Corporation. The successful candidate will be a collaborative and results-oriented leader with a strong background in economic development and business retention strategies. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years' of economic development experience, with a preference for those who are graduates of the Economic Development Institute or hold a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) designation. The Executive Director will be expected to have a strong local government background, particularly in economic development, and to demonstrate a collaborative leadership style, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire trust among stakeholders.
