The ideal Gutter Installer candidate will possess: - Positive attitude
- Desire to grow with the company
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience with exterior home improvement, carpentry, or other relevant construction experience is required
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions/seasons
- Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus, but not required!
- Willingness to work overtime
- A desire to establish a positive work culture for all
- A great sense of humor
- OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
Gutter Installer Compensation: Hourly Position ($20-$26) - Starting salary based on experience
The minimum requirements are:
- valid driver's license
- 18 years of age
