Responsibilities

  • Build Lasting Client Relationships: Engage with clients to foster strong connections and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to effectively advise clients.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work together to drive sales and achieve our business goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience preferred; insurance sales experience is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Motivation: Highly motivated and results-driven mindset.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Licensing Requirement: Must obtain specific insurance licenses within a given timeframe.
