Garage Door Technician, Installer Responsibilities: Must present themselves with a positive attitude and demonstrate excellent people skills Can work autonomously with little direction Dependable, on-time or early for company scheduled appointments Repairing/Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and installing all types of residential and light commercial garage doors and operators Maintains customer rapport by resolving concerns, answering questions and openly communicating with the customer Garage Door Technician, Installer Job requirements: Requires exceptional customer service abilities to provide excellent client education for appropriate repair, maintenance, and needed upgrade services.
