Position Summary

VP Level GRC Business Analyst

Full-time, direct hire

Hybrid working, Jersey City

$150k-$190k base salary plus bonus

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years experience working as a Business Analyst or Project Manager within the Financial Services / Banking industry
• 5+ years experience working as a Business Analyst or Project Manager within Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
• Knowledge of industry frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NIST AI Risk Management Framework (RMF), SOC 2, DORA, COBIT, COSO, and CIS benchmark is preferred.
• Experience developing work plans, technology road maps and QA strategies.
• Experience conducting interviews & workshops to better understand requirements.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience leading engagements where the focus is Risk Governance, IT Risk Management, Risk Assessments, Cybersecurity Risk etc.
• Experience delivering technology solutions that automate or improve GRC.
• Experience working with stakeholders across both business & technology.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to write BRDs.
