Culligan Water of Hagerstown is looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds and Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position plays a key role in maintaining the appearance and function of our facility, both inside and out. If you enjoy working outdoors, using your hands, and being part of a supportive team, this could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities:
Grounds Maintenance:

• Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform weed eating around buildings and grounds
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of facility grounds
• Operate and maintain lawn equipment and power tools
• Clear debris, leaves, and snow (as needed)

Shop and Facility Support:

• Assist with general shop tasks, including organizing tools and materials
• Help with light building repairs, painting, or basic plumbing as needed
• Receive and stock deliveries and materials
• Maintain clean and orderly workspaces

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Experience with lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.)
• Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with hand tools
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions

Preferred (but not required):

• Previous experience in groundskeeping or general maintenance
• Ability to operate small machinery or power tools safely
