Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities :

• As a healthcare recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting specific roles at all facilities in your region.
• You will review new and old candidates on a daily basis.
• You will reject or attempt to contact candidates based on qualifications and work history.
• You will support the recruiting processes and initiatives of the director of the department.
• You will visit facilities in your region on a regular basis.
• You may be asked to partake in other recruiting activities as needed (i.e. job fairs, recruiting programs).

Healthcare Recruiter Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience recruiting, preferably in long-term care.
• A positive and outgoing personality.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to build relationships and identify strong candidates for healthcare roles.
