We are looking for an energetic and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment activities. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is eager to learn, highly collaborative, and ready to contribute to a positive team culture. We value hard workers who are flexible, team-first, and excited to grow within the healthcare staffing space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support recruitment efforts for nursing, allied health, and administrative healthcare roles
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop candidate profiles
• Independently manage candidate sourcing using online platforms, databases, and digital outreach tools, using discretion to refine search strategies based on job needs
• Conduct candidate pre-screens to assist in evaluating qualifications, certifications, and role alignment, using established criteria
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide the decision-making process by presenting candidate summaries to hiring managers
• Prepare offer documentation and manage parts of the onboarding process in collaboration with compliance and operations teams
• Maintain and monitor recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS), generate reports, and recommend process improvements based on trends observed
• Stay informed on healthcare staffing trends, licensure requirements, and market conditions
• Contribute to team initiatives and process enhancements

Qualifications & Skills:

• 0–3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR; healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented, flexible, and committed to learning
• Highly organized, with great attention to detail
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards is a plus
• Driven, dependable, and excited to contribute to a collaborative work environment

Salary & Benefits:

This position offers full-time benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

Additional compensation may be earned by exceeding sales and service goals.
