What You'll Do as a Home Health Aide (HHA)
Provide personal care and companionship in the home
Assist with ADLs : dressing, toileting, bathing/grooming, laundry, grocery shopping, meal prep
Handle light housekeeping/domestic tasks
Escort/transport clients to medical appointments
Offer medication reminders
Monitor and record vital signs & client condition (temperature, respiration, etc.)
Support exercise and diet guidance as instructed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Opportunities to specialize in pediatric and geriatric care
What We're Looking For
Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others (#1 requirement )
HHA certification preferred, but not required - training may be covered for eligible candidates
Language preferences:
English
Spanish-only
Russian-only
Creole (with English)
Chinese (English preferred)
