Immunology Technical Support

Parsons is looking for an Immunology Technical Support professional to assist in various laboratory and animal studies in ABSL-2 and ABSL-3 environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing media and reagents for experiments.
• Assisting with animal challenges and bacterial preparations.
• Performing animal injections and observations.
• Conducting bacterial burden analyses in organ tissues.
• Maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Providing technical support for immunological research.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• High School diploma with 0-1 year of experience in laboratory techniques and animal handling.
• U.S. Citizen
• Must pass NACI background check
• Must be willing to work in a BSL 3/4 laboratory
• Must be eligible to enroll in the BPRP and CS-PRP programs

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Basic knowledge of laboratory safety and regulatory standards.
• Ability to prepare media and reagents accurately.
• Experience with animal handling and injections.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain laboratory equipment and manage supplies efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary Range: $13.80 - $23.46
