Overview Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service by welcoming customers, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, offering showroom tours, setting up kitchen and/or bath measures, and reviewing room designs to make purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. They help ensure displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment to support store goals. Responsibilities Welcome customers and assess their kitchen and/or bath project needs. Provide showroom tours and set up measurements for kitchens and/or baths. Meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary. Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. Drive sales to support department and store goals.
