Lead Technical Recruiter

📍 Full-Time | $90,000–$110,000 base + bonus + benefits

We are partnered with a global manufacturing company located in the greater Savannah, GA area that's seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to take ownership of full-cycle recruitment and drive talent acquisition efforts across a dynamic, growth-focused organization. This role is perfect for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships with hiring managers, and is passionate about attracting top talent.

As the Lead Technical Recruiter, you’ll partner closely with leadership teams to understand workforce needs, design effective sourcing strategies, and manage candidate pipelines from first touch through onboarding. You’ll also play a key role in reporting, workforce planning, and leading recruiting initiatives that strengthen our talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, resume reviews, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers across departments to align on workforce needs and provide hiring strategy support.
• Manage requisitions and pipelines using iCIMS ATS (experience highly preferred).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and technical schools to attract early-career talent.
• Plan and represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other recruiting initiatives.
• Provide reporting and insights on recruiting activity, metrics, and workforce trends to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a high-volume or technical/manufacturing -related environment.
• Proficiency with iCIMS ATS (or other major ATS platforms); experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working fully onsite with some flexibility; travel up to ~15%.
