Our Director of Training and Development is focused on training and the development of the esthetic team. Through workshops, trainings, and one-to-one sessions, using high-quality products and offering premium services, together, we are creating a foundation which allows us to have a greater impact on our guests. We offer a steady flow of clientele and available work schedules to include days, nights and weekends. Employees at Bella Santé will experience orientation and in-house training. We will take care of the marketing, scheduling and provide the supplies in well-stocked treatment rooms, allowing you to earn a great living doing what you love, using your skills to advance in a fast-growing company.
