Mosaic is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team!
We're hiring a compassionate nurse to help people with disabilities achieve their best health. You'll provide daily medical support, from administering medications to promoting healthy living.

Here's what you'll be doing:
?⚕️ Coordinating medical services for the people we serve.
? Conducting health assessments and creating personalized healthcare plans.
? Training new staff on healthcare procedures.
? Providing on-call assistance when needed.
SCHEDULE: Evenings (3-11pm) 40 hrs/week, rotating weekends / Part Time Nights (11-7am) 20 hrs/week, rotating weekends.
