YOUR DAY TO DAY

Sugaristas are beauty enthusiasts who love hair removal! Not only will you have the opportunity to sugar in a fast paced and high volume environment, but you'll also be able to connect with clients on a personal level. Our team thrives on efficient multitasking – seamlessly blending sugaring expertise with a few front-of-the house tasks. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a tight-knit family, ensuring an unparalleled experience for our clients. Sugarista Responsibilities Perform full body sugaring hair removal services including Brazilian + Bikini (no manzilians) Greet + check in/check out clients through our appointment booking + processing system, Booker Learn + maintain advance knowledge of all S+B sugaring services, memberships, and products Perform side tasks including maintaining cleanliness of sugaring rooms, restocking products and disposables Answer client questions surrounding the sugaring process, services offered, and before/aftercare of the clients service Responding to client communication through email and text messages Requirements You must be licensed for hair removal via a Cosmetology or Esthetician license in the state you’re applying for (waxing license acceptable in New York) Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required Ability to stand for substantial periods of time and perform repetitive substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and fingers Delivering the best client experience through verbal and written communication skills are a must What We Offer Dependable schedule that comes out at least weeks in advance Competitive hourly compensation and opportunity to receive gratuity on all services performed.
