Job Title : Agricultural Loan Officer Location: Bushnell, IL Company: Raritan State Bank About the Role: Raritan State Bank is currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Agricultural Loan Officer to join our team at our Bushnell location. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for agriculture and community banking, who is ready to grow and maintain strong relationships while identifying new lending opportunities within the ag industry. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage a portfolio of agricultural loan clients Develop strong relationships with local farmers, agribusinesses, and rural customers Evaluate loan applications and analyze financial data to determine creditworthiness Recommend appropriate loan structures and terms that align with bank policies Monitor existing loan accounts for performance and compliance Seek out and develop new lending opportunities in the local agriculture market Collaborate with internal team members to deliver excellent customer service Qualifications: Strong understanding of agriculture and agri-business operations Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Prior lending or banking experience preferred, especially in agricultural finance What We Offer: Competitive compensation Full benefits package including: Health Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off And more!
