Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator - 2nd/3rd Shift

Location: Glen Rock, PA

Pay Range: 18.50 + 10% shift dif

Shift: 2pm-10pm M-F or 10pm-6am M-F

What's the Job?

• Set up, adjust, and operate coating and slitting equipment.
• Perform visual inspections of materials and finished products.
• Accurately complete work assignments and maintain inventory records.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve quality and throughput goals.
• Participate in training and assist in the development of new processes.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous production experience, preferably in web handling.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting moderately heavy items.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Willingness to follow all relevant regulations and company procedures.
