Maintenance Manager

Oversee all aspects of maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Lead a skilled maintenance team, manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs. The role also involves budgeting, CMMS optimizing, contractor management, and the effective execution of both routine and project-based work.

Strong troubleshooting skills and project management capabilities are essential. The Maintenance Manager will be expected to quickly diagnose issues, minimize downtime, and lead long-term reliability improvements. This is an on-call position supporting a 24/7 operation, requiring flexibility and responsiveness to address critical maintenance needs outside of regular hours.

Salary range is $90K-$125K, depending on qualifications and experience. Position includes our robust benefits package consisting of medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability, employee incentive bonus, along with company matched 401K!
