Key Responsibilities: Represent nonprofit organizations by educating the public on their mission, goals, and the causes they support Communicate the impact of donations persuasively to inspire ongoing support Build lasting relationships with donors, supporters, and the community Plan and execute outreach campaigns in community and retail settings to raise awareness for charitable causes Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with the public Achieve fundraising targets while upholding the integrity and reputation of our nonprofit partners Accurately collect and maintain records of donor contributions and interactions Collaborate with team members to strategize, improve, and optimize outreach efforts Qualifications: Genuine passion for supporting charitable causes and creating a positive impact in the community Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Self-motivated, goal-driven, and committed to achieving results Experience in customer service, sales, or event coordination is a plus but not required Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are preferred Why Join Us?
