Job Title : Peoplesoft payroll

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the PeopleSoft Payroll module, including processing payroll, payroll configuration, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Analyze and troubleshoot payroll-related issues within the PeopleSoft HCM system.
• Maintain and configure payroll rules, earnings, deductions, and tax updates within PeopleSoft.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and testing related to PeopleSoft Payroll.
• Generate reports and deliver payroll data analysis for internal stakeholders and audits.
• Provide user support and training to HR and payroll staff on PeopleSoft functionality.
• Document payroll procedures and system configurations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Payroll in a functional or techno-functional role.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.x or higher.
• Strong understanding of U.S. payroll regulations, tax compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Experience in PeopleTools, SQR, and SQL for troubleshooting and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Time and Labor and Benefits modules is a plus.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
