Job Description
Modern Family Law , a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking 3Ls graduating in December and sitting for the February 2026 Bar exam , OR Graduating in May and sitting for the July 2026 Bar Exam , to become Post-Bar Law Clerks/Associates in California . This role is remote, but you must sit for the Bar, and plan to reside, in the state you are applying to.
Program Details:
Post-Bar Law Clerks at Modern Family Law will join the firm after sitting for the Bar Exam, and receive training and mentorship from our devoted Learning & Development team in preparation for their transition to an Associate Attorney after successful passage of the bar.

This salary is a reasonably reliable estimate that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full-time employees will be eligible for a health insurance with an optional HSA, short-term disability, long-term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
