Executive Chef Requirements + Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef, plus 3 years in a senior culinary leadership role; prior Executive Chef experience highly preferred
• Strong background in fine dining, banquet operations, and private club service standards
• Proven skills in food cost management, staff development, and kitchen systems
• Hands-on, team-first leader with a passion for excellence and hospitality

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

• Oversee all culinary operations, including à la carte dining, private events, and special functions
• Lead food purchasing, vendor management, and inventory control with a focus on quality and cost-efficiency
• Create and rotate seasonal menus that reflect creativity, member preferences, and culinary excellence
• Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, conducting regular performance reviews
• Establish and uphold kitchen SOPs, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Work closely with management and club leadership to fulfill member expectations
• Build positive relationships with members, respond to feedback, and continuously elevate the dining experience
