Description

Verilys Patient Experience team is reimagining how individuals access, understand, and act on their health data through our consumer health application. By unifying medical records and device data into a single, intuitive interface, we empower users to gain meaningful insights and take informed steps in their health journey.

As a Product Manager for Patient Experience, you will lead the vision and execution of core features that transform complex health information into clear, actionable insights. You will shape how health data is presented, drive improvements in health literacy, and help users feel confident navigating their personal health landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize product requirements for displaying medical record data and device data.
  • Lead the development of features that improve data quality, explainability, and usability of health information.
  • Collaborate closely with UX Design to create intuitive and accessible data visualizations.
  • Partner with Clinical and Clinical Informatics to ensure data presented is clinically relevant, accurate, and compliant with healthcare standards and best practices.
  • Conduct user research and analyze product analytics to inform product decisions and optimize the patient experience.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and postlaunch iteration, aligning crossfunctional stakeholders around shared goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in health tech (patientfacing product) or consumer applications.
  • Detailoriented with a strong focus on accuracy and explainability in data.
  • Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable, and understandable interfaces for consumers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective crossfunctional teamwork (e.g. UX, Engineering, Clinical Informatics, Legal, Regulatory).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver highquality products in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with FHIR.
  • Shipped consumerfacing mobile applications.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data privacy and security standards (e.g. HIPAA).
  • Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration.

The US base salary range for this fulltime position is $109,000 - $155,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including jobrelated skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
