Job Description

Position Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Duration: 12+ Months (with possible extension)

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day project operations and onsite coordination.
• Track schedules, milestones, and dependencies across vendors and client's teams.
• Maintain risk/issue logs, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure escalation protocols.
• Oversee QA activities, including environmental commissioning (power, cooling, layout) and vendor testing validation.
• Lead stakeholder and vendor meetings, maintaining meeting minutes, action items, and progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to client's waterfall methodology and published project phases.
• Provide weekly status updates and monthly executive summaries to Department.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience with data center builds or large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated success in vendor coordination and QA oversight.
• PMP certification required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and risk management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for executive-level reporting.
