Job Summary:

The Ranch Hand supports daily livestock operations with a focus on goat care and general ranch maintenance. This role involves physical outdoor labor in all weather conditions and requires experience working with livestock, especially goats.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clean and maintain goat pens, including waterers, feeding stations, and enclosures
2. Herd and feed goats as instructed
3. Perform regular fence inspections and repairs
4. Complete general farm and ranch-related duties as assigned by the Ranch Supervisor or team lead
5. Use and maintain farm tools (e.g., shovels, rakes, pliers) safely and effectively
6. Support the team in various projects and daily chores

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Must be physically capable of maneuvering and restraining large goats
2. Experience working with livestock is strongly preferred
3. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (rain or shine)
4. Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and walking long distances
5. Willingness to follow directions and work as part of a team
6. Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious

1. High School Diploma or GED required
