This role also provides management of our third-party retirement plan recordkeeper and supports strategic planning efforts led by the Vice President, Total Rewards. Responsibilities include serving as an internal resource for employees planning for retirement, administering and managing all aspects of the organization's retirement and pension plans including enrollment, contributions, distributions, and compliance, overseeing processing of retirement plan transactions, collaborating with payroll, Treasury, and Accounts Payable, conducting educational sessions, partnering with external vendors, working with IT and HRIS staff, fostering continuous improvement, supporting strategic planning, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, supporting audits, monitoring legislation changes, and managing relationships with third-party administrators and advisors. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations, and positive, proactive, team-oriented behaviors.
