A key component of this model is our Innovative Home Services (IHS) private duty program , and we are seeking a passionate leader to guide its continued success.

• Admit clients to the program , perform nursing assessments, supervise associates, and develop care plans.
• Drive growth by developing marketing strategies and building outreach opportunities within and beyond our community.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a clinical leader who is compassionate, driven, and service-oriented:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Valid CPR certification .
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in private duty, home care, or a related healthcare setting (preferred).
• Demonstrates adherence to professional standards and best practices in care delivery.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible, reliable , and committed to excellence.
