What You'll Do: 

• Meet with homeowners and property owners to assess their roofing and exterior needs
• Guide customers through the sales process with professionalism and care
• Conduct roof inspections and identify damage or improvement opportunities
• Close deals and follow up for referrals and positive reviews 
• Build a referral network and attend marketing events to grow your pipeline
• Use CRM and mobile tools to manage quotes and client communication 

You're a Fit If You Have: 

• 2+ years in sales or customer service (construction or home improvement a plus)
• High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building skills 
• The confidence to ask for the sale and follow through to close 
• Comfort using ladders and inspecting exterior features 
• A valid driver's license and clean record 
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Tech-savviness with CRM or mobile business apps 
• Self-motivation, organization, and a desire to grow long-term with a team

• Office based in Chilliwack, BC 
• Service area: Fraser Valley & surrounding regions
