Resilience Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing Social Emotional Learning (SEL) tools to K-12 schools across the nation. Our mission is to reduce youth violence in the form of bullying, youth suicide, and school shootings by teaching emotional intelligence through 5 core topics: self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship management, goal setting, and effective decision-making. Resilience also provides tools for acquiring and maintaining inspiration, hope, social beings, and overall well-being. Our innovative educational VR games are an integral component of our SEL curriculum, and selling them will be a primary source of revenue for the organization. Daily Expectation Learning VR specifications and functionalities thoroughly to inform potential customers. Developing a sales strategy and setting sales targets. Identifying marketing opportunities and developing sales leads. Preparing and delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations. Tracking sales targets and documenting sales performance metrics. Ensuring competitiveness by analyzing and researching industry trends. Requirements Ability to work independently and on a team Can attend (2-3) weekly remote meetings. Experience in marketing, sales, or a similar qualification. Basic understanding of VR gaming is ideal but not required. Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales strategies. Reliable, punctual. Detail - oriented. Consistently communicate with team members.
