As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Merchandiser Lead to join our team.

Position Summary
The Sales & Merchandiser Lead will be responsible for driving sales growth, securing new business & lead in-store execution and maintaining high merchandising standards across all accounts. This role combines field sales strategy with hands-on merchandising leadership, coaching & mentoring ensuring we are maximizing our sales & profits.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners at the district & store level.
550xecute promotional plans, product placement, and planogram compliance.
Train, coach & lead a sales team of merchandisers to meet and exceed company expectations.
Well versed in POG & merchandising execution.
Build relationships both internally & externally.
Collaborate with the distribution and logistics teams to ensure service standards are being met.
Develop organic growth within existing accounts.
Prospect & secure new business.

Qualifications
2–4 years of experience B to B sales with a focus in consumer products.
Minimum 2 years is direct store delivery experience.
Proven leadership experience in a field-based role.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling locally (Miami / Broward)
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in cold environments as needed (cold storage/freezer sections).
