POSITION: SANITATION ASSISTANT DEPARTMENT: OPERATIONS LOCATION: VARIES
JOB SUMMARY:
DESERT BLOOM SERVICES LLC, A LEADER IN PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL CLEANING SOLUTIONS, IS SEEKING A
DEDICATED INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR CLEANING SERVICES TEAM AS A SANITATION ASSISTANT. THIS ROLE PLAYS A
KEY PART IN EXCEEDING INDUSTRY STANDARDS BY ENSURING THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF CLEANLINESS AND
SANITATION AT COMMERCIAL, RESIDENTIAL, AND CONSTRUCTION SITES.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• PERFORM DETAILED SANITATION TASKS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SWEEPING, MOPPING,
DUSTING, AND VACUUMING, TO ELEVATE CLEANLINESS STANDARDS.
• EXECUTE THOROUGH AND COMPREHENSIVE CLEANING AND SANITIZATION OF RESTROOMS, KITCHENS,
AND COMMON AREAS TO SURPASS ESTABLISHED BENCHMARKS.
• EXPERTLY HANDLE AND DISPOSE OF WASTE, ADHERING TO THE HIGHEST HYGIENE AND ENVIRONMENTAL
STANDARDS SET BY DESERT BLOOM SERVICES LLC.
• MAINTAIN AN ORGANIZED AND METICULOUSLY STOCKED INVENTORY OF CLEANING SUPPLIES AND
EQUIPMENT TO FACILITATE EFFICIENT OPERATIONS.
• PROACTIVELY REPORT ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUES OR SAFETY CONCERNS TO THE SUPERVISOR FOR
IMMEDIATE RESOLUTION.
• COLLABORATE SEAMLESSLY WITH TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE A COLLECTIVE COMMITMENT TO
EXCELLENCE IN CLEANING TASKS.
• ADHERE UNWAVERINGLY TO ALL SAFETY AND SANITATION GUIDELINES, SETTING A BENCHMARK FOR
METICULOUS AND HIGH-QUALITY SERVICE.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED TO INSTILL DESERT
BLOOM SERVICES LLC'S COMMITMENT TO EXCEEDING INDUSTRY STANDARDS.
• PHYSICAL FITNESS AND AGILITY TO PERFORM DETAILED SANITATION TASKS, INCLUDING LIFTING 50 LBS
AND UP, BENDING, AND STANDING FOR EXTENDED PERIODS.
• IMPECCABLE ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND A PASSION FOR DELIVERING SANITATION SERVICES THAT GO
ABOVE AND BEYOND ESTABLISHED STANDARDS.
• EXCEPTIONAL TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS, ENABLING EFFICIENT TASK PRIORITIZATION.
• CLEAR AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS, FOSTERING A COLLABORATIVE TEAM ENVIRONMENT.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
• THIS POSITION INVOLVES METICULOUS SANITATION TASKS IN VARIOUS ENVIRONMENTS, INCLUDING
COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS, RESIDENTIAL HOMES, AND CONSTRUCTION SITES.
• MAY REQUIRE THE USE OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) DEPENDING ON THE TASK.
