Job Description

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is sought for an elementary school setting in Bremerton, WA. This contract position spans the full school year, providing crucial support to students through the implementation of behavior intervention plans under the supervision of qualified professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one behavior therapy services to students with developmental and behavioral challenges.
• Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors consistently.
• Collaborate with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and educational staff to tailor interventions.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all student interactions.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with children in an educational or therapeutic context.
• Ability to follow detailed behavior plans and data collection protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Location:

• Bremerton, Washington (Elementary school environment).

Contract Details:

• Full school year (NSY).
• Contract employment.
