Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity exists for a dedicated professional specializing in behavior analysis within an educational setting. The role involves providing targeted support to K-12 students, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and multiple disabilities. This is a contract position for the upcoming school year, allowing for a focused and impactful engagement with students from August 25, 2025, to June 12, 2026.

Qualifications:

• National BCBA Certification required
• Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Collaborative team player committed to student success
• Knowledge of current best practices in behavior analysis

Location:

• Camden Wyoming, Delaware

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavior analytic services to students with ASD and multiple disabilities
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student needs
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Deliver training and support to staff on behavior management techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
