This full-time role is focused on providing essential support within a K-12 setting, specifically in Yelm, WA, and is designed for an individual ready to make a significant impact on students' lives. The contract for this role is set to begin ASAP through June 13, 2025.

Qualifications:

• Active ESA Certification and WA licensure as a BCBA
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to create and implement positive behavioral support plans
• Previous supervision experience with RBTs/BSA's is preferred

Location: Yelm, WA

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral consultation and support primarily within elementary schools, with the flexibility to assist secondary settings as needed
• Collaborate with educators and staff to develop and implement individualized positive behavior intervention plans (PBIPs)
• Supervise and mentor current Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavioral Support Assistants (BSAs) to ensure they remain current on their certifications
• Conduct assessments and observations to inform data-driven decision-making for student interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and adapt strategies as required
